Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping & Fulfillment

To offer a wide selection of high-quality pet products at competitive prices, PurePaws Market works with trusted domestic and international suppliers and fulfillment centers.

Depending on the product and availability, your order may be shipped from one of our global warehouses.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days (depending on destination)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Delays

PurePaws Market is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PurePaws Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
